- At least 1 year experience in partnership and marketing
- Have high creativity and ability to think out of the box
- Have a leadership skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Outgoing personality, well organized person and passionate person
- Strong business partner network is preferable
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to make a plan, organize and follow up
Job Description
- Managing KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and Influencers portofolio and performance that supports overall marketing calender and priorities
- Help to identify, define and launch new partnerships to create new pipeline within and/or across industry
- Share and maintain brand image and brand voice across all influencer and partners
- Monitor competitive activity and community platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Create post-campaign reporting analytics including impressions, engagements and clicks, etc
- Support administrative tasks such as settle a payment and campaign documentation
- Travel periodically to meet with internal or external partners
- Contribute to the overall team and help Brand Officer with workload where possible.
