Requirements

- Male, age 24 – 30 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable Academy / University
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Machinery or Technical Industry as Maintenance
- Understand about Steam Boiler or thermal process engineering
- Fluent in English both written and spoken 
- Japanese fluency would be a preferable
- Have a good managerial skill (planning, organizing, leading and controlling)
- Have capability to develop and motivate subordinates
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Word & Excel - Can read         Engineering drawing and any technical documents
- Able to work under pressures and independent
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
