Assist in the HR process including but not limited to: relocation, reallocation, and employment termination (sending notice to the relevant staff; following up the data, etc.).
Issue labor contracts to staff and administer the contracts.
Prepare documents for working permit application; submit documents at relevant authority.
Centralize staff data for Social Insurance reports; issue Health Insurance cards
Collect and file staff dossiers.
Deliver good HR service to employees; ensure excellent relation with the staff, give quick and pertinent answers to their concerns; propose and join in initiatives to improve working environment.
