- Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Textile or Fashion Design background

- Having experiences at least 2 years working experience in related field will be advantages

- Fashion designer must have an understanding of how to work with textiles and color, as well as how production techniques and costs function

- Fashion designer must have artistic skills that enable her to visually communicate design ideas by sketching them in varying degrees of detail

- In order to ensure that ideas can be and are technically executed successfully, a designer must have an eye for detail

- Should have strong leadership and time management skills that enable her to effectively delegate various logistics and production tasks

- Able to drawing sketches using hand tools or using any Design Software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc) will be advantages

- Creativity and imagination to constantly produce and execute original ideas that stay ahead of current trends

- Developing pattern and expert on analysing trends in fabrics, colours, and shapes

- Should have technical skills in areas such as pattern cutting, grading, and garment construction

- Having skill for overseeing production

- Will be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
