- Experienced in Customer Service Office / Representative (Inbound – Outbound) min 1 Year IS AN ADVANTAGE
- Good command of the English language

JOBS DESC
- Serving the needs of customers better information, complaints, and requests related products and services in accordance with the KPI as specified by the company
- Resolving complaints, information and after-sales service that goes through the customer service representatives
- Coordinate with the back end customer related issues
- Update information to customers about the information (promo) to new customers
- EDUCATION
- Minimum D3 & Good command of the English language
LOCATION
Willing to be placed in Sunter Jakarta – BSD Tangerang
