JOBS DESC

  • Serving the needs of customers better information, complaints, and  requests related products and services in accordance with the KPI as  specified by the company
  • Resolving complaints, information and after-sales service that goes  through the customer service representatives
  • Coordinate with the back end customer related issues
  • Update information to customers about the information (promo) to new customers
  • EDUCATION
  • Minimum D3 & Good command of the English language
