Job Desc

  • Monitor and control Customer Service Team perfomance to ensure service of KPI achievement
  • Review and analyze Customer Service Team Perfomance with clear action improvement
  • Monitor and procedures to ensure compliance to SLAs
  • Develop, implement and improve call center process and design
  • Proactive and reactive action day to day call center escalation
  • 3 years and above experience in Contact Center management, E-Commerce back ground would be an advantage
  • Customer service oriented, service excellence and computer skill.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior professionalism and judgement.
  • Strong work ethic, good interpersonal relationship internal or external parties.
